The Rotary Club of Roanoke-Downtown participated in the national reading event, Read Across America, at Fallon Park Elementary School on March 2, 2019. This annual motivation and awareness reading program calls on every child in every community to celebrate literacy on the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss.
