Rotary offers leadership training at the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) as a virtual or in-person option. The training can strengthen your club and enhance members understanding of Rotary. RLI offers training in the areas of leadership, planning, promotion, marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
It is also an opportunity to meet members from other clubs and areas to share ideas and experiences. This training is ideal for anyone who wants to become a club leader by increasing their knowledge of Rotary. This training is also great for any member to become more knowledgeable about Rotary.
