Seminar Purpose: To enable effective Assistant Governors and District Committee Chairs, forming the District Leadership Team and the District Leadership Plan.
DTTS Registration: Registration is
required for attendance tracking.
DTTS Lodging: Once attendance is confirmed, the district training committee will make hotel reservations for attendee.
Date, Time and Location: TBA – Arranged by Area Governors before PETS
Meeting Purpose: Tp provide basic skills to the Presidents-Elect, enabling them to maximize their time together at PETS. Allows AG’s to form the Area Presidents’ Council for 2020-21.

The Rotary District 7570 Leadership takes the health of our Rotarians seriously. Due to President Trump's emergency order regarding the coronavirus situation, the increasing cancellations by Governor Northam of Virginia and Governor Lee of Tennessee of public gatherings, and the recent guidance from RI President Mark Maloney to cancel or postpone in-person meetings, the President Elects Training Seminar (PETS) and Club Team Training (CTT).

Meeting Purpose: CTT will kick off PETS in 2020. All PE’s are required to attend and encouraged to bring other club leaders. CTT provides training tracks for Presidents and other club leaders to assist them in leading their club team towards an effective and vibrant club.
Club Secretary, Club Treasurer, Club Foundation Chair, Club Public Image Chair and Club Membership Chair are strongly encouraged to attend CTT, but ALL Rotarians and future club leaders are welcome!

The District Legislative Assembly(DLA) will be held on April 4, 2020 as previously announced by District Governor Tim Carter, however, due to the coronavirus situation, the meeting will be handled through a Zoom webinar rather than at Hotel Roanoke.
The revised time for the session will be 9:00 - 10:30 AM. You will receive an invitation to attend the webinar shortly. Voting members at the Assemble are the current President-Elects, the 2020-2021 Area Governors, and the District Officers.
If your club's President-Elect is unable to attend the DLA, the club can select a delegate to attend in his/her place. The attached Proxy form must be signed by the club President and submitted to District Governor Elect Nancy Whitlock (nwhitlck@ntelos.net) and District Secretary Ron Napier(ronnapier@hotmail.com) prior to the start of the DLA.

Due to the coronavirus situation, the District Training Team will host our District 7570 2020 PETS as a Zoom Webinar on Saturday, April 25, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon.
President-Elects, President-Nominees, Area Governors (2020-2021), and District Officers will all receive electronic invitations to register for this webinar. There is no cost to attend, but you must register prior to the start of the webinar to received your login credentials.
