    The club’s Facebook page is used to promote the activities and brand of the Rotary Club of Front Royal. We use the page to post pictures of our meeting programs and speakers, to post pictures of our fundraisers, service projects and to highlight members. We also use the page to highlight press coverage of the club and donations the club makes to the community.

    Our Facebook page has 789 likes with followers in 42 different countries. We have great engagement in our posts with almost all of our posts causing some kind of engagement with our followers. We have 10 reviews with a 4.6 star rating.

    We also have a YouTube channel, LinkedIn page and Twitter account to promote the activities of the club.

    We have used our social media accounts to highlight several videos that our club has produced including a take on The Rotary Prescription, the Half-Lit Golf Tournament and our Embers concert.
  • Participation of Club Members: 
    All board members with Facebook accounts have the ability to post to the Facebook page. Four members are the primary posters on the Facebook page. (About 5%)
  • Resulting Benefits: 
    We posted a video based on Jeffry Cadorette’s “The Rotary Prescription” speech. Since July the video has had 2,884 views and reached 3,150 with 84 interactions and 17 shares. Based on Facebook averages report, our photos average 333 views, videos average 308 views, links average 138 clicks and status posts reach 119 people. We currently have 789 likes on our Facebook page.
