  • Resulting Benefits:
Club members continue their membership development through the business ethics presentation and the weekly reminder of the 4-way test and are able to reflect on why they are Rotarians and are reminded to act ethically in their vocational dealings. Members also have a direct impact on tomorrow’s businesspeople and leaders by influencing their positive values and moral and ethical standards. Rotarians are also working hard in our community to give future business leaders the tools to succeed. Not only are we teaching them how to obtain gainful employment, we are helping them develop decision making skills that will ensure success in the future as well as fiscal responsibility. This is important during a time when there is more emphasis on negative and unethical behavior in society, particularly as reported through our media outlets. The recipients of our vocational service projects benefit from Rotarians as role models when they approach school and work issues.
