DISTRICT CONFERENCE

Dear Friends,

It's hard to believe that the 105th District 7570 Conference is just around the corner.  How exciting! It's time to learn more about what Rotary does in each of our communities as well as around the world. It's been said that until you attend a District Conference, you're just a member of Rotary. After you attend, you truly become a Rotarian. Rotarians leave with a better sense of what it means to put Service above Self.

This year we have many exciting speakers including New York Time's Best Selling Author Jason Wright, who recently had one of his books made into a movie, “Christmas Jars.”  Area Governors will tell us about what is going on in our clubs and there will be opportunities for breakout sessions to learn best practices. Most importantly, there will be time to network with Rotarians and learn how we can all be better “People of Action.”

Probably one of the most important things that your Conference Planning Committee did this year is look for ways to keep costs down yet include several meals in your registration fee. The Friday evening dinner and Saturday luncheon are now included but we need to know you will be coming. Please look at our website carefully to see the options and events that will make this year's conference one of the most memorable. We have also negotiated a discount in the Homestead room rate and they are holding a limited block of rooms just for us. Don't wait to make your room reservation! Register for the conference and make room reservations at the District Conference

Please join me, Karen and Mona on 13, 14, and 15 March as we revive the spirit of Rotary in each of us and return to our clubs with a renewed sense of purpose...
